c7bc44d5ad Welcome in 2017, dear changelog reader!
That year should bring the long-awaited OpenGL ES 3.0 compatible renderer
with state-of-the-art rendering techniques tuned to work as low as middle
end handheld devices - without compromising with the possibilities given
for higher end desktop games of course. Great times ahead for the Godot
community and the gamers that will play our games!

812908e236 Fix windows debugger connection problems.
Unify network socket creation between platform.
Ensure IPV6_V6ONLY flag is not set on sockets (allow IPv4 connection in IPv6 socket, dual-stack).

80e911647c Pass correct address size (ipv4,ipv6) to socket connect, bind, sendto
The address size passed to network system calls now reflects the the actual IP type (v4 or v6).
Fix Windows and OSX ipv6 sockets
