Fixes incorrect documentation for CPUParticles2D.color_initial_ramp

e9eb0b6082 Implemented tools around particles seed randomization.
The purpose of this code is to expose the necessary
functions for users and engine devs to develop tooling
for properly timing and seeking inside particles.

c41725c9c6 Removed unnecessary AABB initialization for CPUParticles
Setting an AABB manually for CPUParticles unnecessarily registers as a custom AABB and can cause issues on some platforms and hardware.

ec6518d9cd Custom ("visiblity") AABB support for CPUParticles
- Improves performance by reducing time spent on AABB generation.
- Also adds an option to generate the AABB manually in the CPUParticles3D dropdown.

81064cc239 Doctool: Remove version attribute from XML header
We don't use that info for anything, and it generates unnecessary diffs
every time we bump the minor version (and CI failures if we forget to
sync some files from opt-in modules (mono, text_server_fb).

84076513b1 Use global coordinates for particles by default
Particles won't move or rotate anymore with the node (or its parents)
by default. This new default behavior is generally more suited
to most use cases. Local coordinates can still be enabled on a per-node basis.

This affects both 2D and 3D particles, and both CPU and GPU-based particles.

b68dd2e189 Add an XML schema for documentation
This makes it easier to spot syntax errors when editing the
class reference. The schema is referenced locally so validation
can still work offline.

Each class XML's schema conformance is also checked on GitHub Actions.

6742a338a8 Rename GradientTexture to GradientTexture1D
1. Explicit and unambiguous when comparing to `GradientTexture2D`
2. Consistent with other class names where 1D is used in the engine.

d6672096fc moved particle parameters to minmax and split scale axis
This commit adds quite a chunk of modifications to particles
- particle (value + randomness) now use min and max instead
- passing a curveXYZtexture is now possible and will scale particles per-axis
- CPUParticle3D have an optional parameter to split the scale curve per-axis

7adf4cc9b5 doc: Use self-closing tags for return and argument
For the time being we don't support writing a description for those, preferring
having all details in the method's description.

Using self-closing tags saves half the lines, and prevents contributors from
thinking that they should write the argument or return documentation there.

9058367d14 This commits adds a new emitter type for particles material
and 3D CPU particles. The new emitter is called "ring"
and it can emit either in a ring or cylinder fashion.
This adds the following properties for the emitter:
1. emission_ring_axis: the axis along which the ring/cylinder
    will be constructed
2. emission_ring_radius: outer radius of the ring/cylinder
3. emission_ring_inner_radius: inner radius of the cylinder.
    when set to zero, particles will emit in the full volume.
4. emission_ring_height: height of the ring/cylinder emitter.
